While Stafits may provide links to third party websites, we are not responsible for their treatment of your personal information and remind you that their information-handling activities may not be comparable to ours and that they may not have privacy policies that are in place or disclosed.
In general, you can browse the Website without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. In order for you to become a registered User, we require you to provide various contact and identity information and other personal information as indicated on the relevant forms on the Website, at which point you will no longer be anonymous to us. Where possible, on these forms we indicate which fields are required and which fields are optional. Stafits never attempts to tie this information to particular individuals visiting our Website.

Stafits generally collects, uses and discloses certain types of personal and non-identifiable information from Users who procure Travel Products or who engage in certain online activities on the Website, such as browsing travel opportunities or requesting details about travel packages, including in the following circumstances:
Procuring Travel Products
When you acquire an online user ID to access the Website, and in connection with the TSA assigned to you, an in connection with your procurement of a Travel Product, we collect personal information, including your name, e-mail address, and, in some circumstances, credit card information.
Activities on the Website
We may also use personal information, and other information we obtain from your current and past activities on the Website, to:
resolve service disputes;
customize your experience based on the preferences you have selected;
detect and protect us against error, fraud and other criminal activity;

From time to time, Stafits may use your personal information to better identify products and services that may be of interest to you, or for other marketing and promotional purposes.

Please note that by procuring a Travel Product, you are consenting to receive communications related to that Travel Product.

We may also disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, which may include (i) to comply with a legal obligation; (ii) to protect or defend our rights, interests or property or that of third parties; (iii) to prevent, investigate or identify possible wrongdoing in relation to the use of our Website; (iv) to protect the personal safety of our Users or others; or (v) to safeguard against legal liability.

Our Retention of Your Personal Information
We retain personal information for only as long as required to fulfill the identified purposes for which it was collected, and for a reasonable time thereafter, or as required by law.
